Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal information I Am Grime ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to give us:

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How we use it

Where your data is stored

Newsletter sign-ups are collected and stored using Google Forms / Google Sheets (Google LLC), which may process data on servers outside the UK/EU under appropriate safeguards. Enquiry emails are stored in our email inbox. The website itself is hosted on our own web hosting and stores its content (not your personal data) in a database on that server.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by emailing us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR / GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop using it. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@iamgrime.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This is a starting-point privacy policy. Review it against how you actually handle data — and if you ever collect more than a name and email (e.g. payments, accounts), have it checked by someone qualified before relying on it.
