All items purchased on this site (except for any digital items such as music or video downloads) are refundable within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, simply email us at enquiries@iamgrime.com and we’ll be more than happy to refund or exchange an item for you if we have the correct one in stock.

If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please let us know and we’ll do whatever it takes to make things right.

Our customer service reps are fully trained, happiness ninjas ready to solve your problems quickly, efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. In fact. we call our customer service reps “Customer Champions” because they’re just that awesome.

What Is your Returns Policy?

We want to make your experience with us the best it possibly can be, and we’re happy to help in any way we can, including providing refunds when they’re due, that eve includes when the gift just misses the mark or an item inside of one of our gifts doesn’t meet your expectations.

Am I able to get a refund? How long does it take?

When we process a refund for any reason it takes the refund 5-10 business days to post to your account. You can usually see the applied credit on your bank statement within 10 business days of the refund being issued.

If you’re having trouble locating the charge on your statement to confirm if the credit is there, you might want to give your bank or credit card issuer a call.

If you were issued a refund and it has taken longer than 10 business days to post to your account, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to help.

My Item hasn’t arrived yet? What should I do?

If you’ve given or received a gift that wasn’t exactly what you expected, please drop us an email at enquiries@iamgrime.com, and we’ll respond to your enquiry as quickly as we can to solve it
